Service was great from beginning to end. The front desk receptionist Ms. Patricia was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Fox addressed my skin concern and explained the procedure making me feel very comfortable. The office manager Anais is an absolute doll, she makes sure everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend this office for your dermatology needs. It’s refreshing to find an office like this since great service is hard to come by these days.

Love seeing Dr Joshua Fox - he listens intently and explains your condition in detail while outlining treatment and preventative options. He is warm and cheerful and makes you feel confident. I visited this office yesterday, paid for my consultation, and was evaluated by the doctor. I was told I needed treatment and that the prescription would be sent to their in-house pharmacy for delivery. No one informed me that the delivery would take two to three days. I made it clear that I needed the medication that same night. I called three times and was assured the order would be sent. It never was. As a result, I spent the entire night without the prescribed treatment, and my condition worsened significantly. Today I am covered in hives and still without the medication I was told I would receive. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. I cannot recommend this office.

The best dermatology office hands down in all of Miami. Melissa in the office was so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly, took the time to make sure i understood everything. She’s the best! You’re in really good hands with this place!!
