Optum Urgent Care - Huntington Village

Doctors and staff are really caring and kind. The times I was at Optum Urgent Care at Huntington Village. I was treated with patience and feel that they really care for their patients :)

This location is always clean and the staff are always friendly. There are many local urgent care centers near me, but I always choose Optum Urgent Care in Huntington Village. This is because the wait time is always short, the providers are knowledgeable, and I alway feel appropriately cared for as a patient.

Staff to check you in are excellent. Went out of their way to help. However the doctor that treated me was rushed and 10 days after my visit I continue to experience the problem I originally went to the clinic for.

I am so happy with this facility. I am glad they’re in our town, and the doctors are top notch. They are professional, but they are also extremely kind and caring. I received wonderful care, and the practitioner spent time to explain my diagnosis and next steps.

This USED to be my favorite and go to urgent care. Urgent care, aka a “walk in” clinic. But apparently, now they take appts first. And if you show up without one, even though not a single person is waiting in the waiting area, they won’t take you. I came in at 10:20 and was offered the next available appt of 11:30. If I wanted to wait for an appt, I would be going to my PCP, not to urgent care. I’m still flabbergasted and will now need to find an urgent care that actually takes walk in appts.
