The girls that answer the phones are horrible. When you call all they do is say "Optum please Hold" and slam you on hold. They do not come back on hold to help or to assist you. The girls at the Greeting Desk for Patient are horrible. I will say in their Defense there are too many patients checking in, too many phone calls coming in to answer. Whoever is overseeing this operation at the Greeting Desk should be fired and replaced with someone who knows the value of the people that have the first contact with patients., bot only existing patients but new patients. What is the new patient going to think about the girls at the Greeting Desk??? I want to share my recent experience with Ivonne Boston, ARNP. Not only she is a great dedicated care provider, but she checked in on me to ensure I was feeling better. Marta (Nurse) is an incredible and extremely dedicated professional. Those two ladies always make me feel at ease during each visit. Thank you Optum for having such personable and knowledgeable staff!
