Optum Radiology - Boro Park

Called in middle of the day and was told I can come in between 6-9 PM for an X-ray but when I showed up I was told that there’s no more X-ray for the day. I guess the negative reviews are valid.

Came here for an xray after going next door from urgent care tonight. Fatima was the utmost sweetest and most helpful. Xray technician was good as well.

Management should read their reviews. So disgusting they can't even fix their phone call for appointment. I will advise my doctor not to recommend this place again.

Since the Optum has taken this organization, things are falling apart. They show their work hours on the window fron 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. But I see it’s closed ilbefore 5:00 pm. Everything is messed up

Pretty neat and clean place. The staff were helpful and the doctor that performed the exam was professional. There's a small area that has two or three games designed for children. Wait time.. as usual, around 40 mins or so from the appointment time, but it really depends on the type of exam the patient that goes before is gonna be doing, because some exams takes longer than others.
