I absolutely love this office. It's wonderful for kids too!! The entire staff is so kind, patient and friendly. They really seem to care about each person that comes into the office. It's really nice to see when so many places have lost the importance of professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them!!

My son had tubes put in and adenoids removed by Dr. Goldsmith. We are so impressed by the care we received throughout. From the initial checkup until post surgery. Dr. Goldsmith is fully present at each appointment, explains his assessment and welcomes any question you may have. He has great bedside manners. Pre and post surgery, all the staff were kind and patient as well, constantly checking up on my son and clearly and patiently explaining each step of the way and what can be expected. I'd like to mention Dr. Rashid for her patience and through review of what to expect, as well as taking caution to make sure my son is ready for surgery ahead of moving forward with anesthesia. Today I woke up not feeling great and was worried I may have had Covid. I called around to multiple places and not one place was able to take me right away. I was told I was going to have to wait a while. I called ProHEALTH Pediatric ENT in Valley Stream and spoke to Amanda who got me in that day and at the time I wanted! The best part was I was able to get tested in my car. As soon as I parked, Amanda brought the paperwork out for me sign right away. She was sweet and very caring. Alexa, the physician assistant, and Amber, the medical technician, then came down immediately and they tested me. They were both so nice and did such a great job! I loved the fact that I was able to be seen that day, that I got to stay in my car and that there was no wait! I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Ari is a true professional. He has helped my son and my niece. As a working parent having your kid sleep through the night due to his expert care is a godsend. Thank you for helping out Aiden and referring him to other providers once you ruled out any ENT issues.

Terrible communication, I accidentally made an appointment with the pediatric doctor instead of the adult doctor. My appointment has been confirmed for three days, nobody contacted me to tell me to be seen, I was only informed of this when I called to ask to be seen earlier. The office was open all days before my appointment , nobody could reach out? Now I’m struggling to find an appointment same day. The website I booked on did not say he was only a pediatric doctor.
