Optum Pediatrics - Great Neck - Northern Blvd

Just moved to Great Neck and Marina Milman came recommended. She was very professional and thorough in her examination of my 13 month old. Wait was a few minutes and the front desk booked my next appointment fairly quickly. I see lots of older reviews about customer service. I had a great experience with them. Rescheduled my original appointment without issues. It's possible they hired new front desk staff and or external booking service.

We absolutely love the doctors working at this office. They are kind, compassionate and make my toddler feel at ease. However booking an appointment is an absolute nightmare ! There is NEVER any availability, the front desk is rude and as of lately we are directed to a customer service line to book appointments. The people at the customer service Line are slow and unprofessional. It should never take over 15 minutes just to book an appointment at any doctor’s office. The lack of professionalism and effectiveness to just book or change/cancel an appointment is so frustrating that I will be looking for a new doctor’s office.

Been going here for my daughters since they were born at the recommendation of my sister using this office for her kids. Dr. Christina Mantiglione is amazing, diligent, and cares about the children she cares for, and it shows. Even when other Drs have had to step in when Dr. Mantiglione is not there because of an emergency on my behalf I have no gripes with this office. The Drs and Nurses are very knowledgeable and know how to efficiently do their job. The only thing I would recommend this office work on is having their front desk be a little bit more pleasant.

I have been going to Kidz Kare of Great Neck for 21 years I started to go there right before I gave birth to my first child! All the doctors are absolutely amazing I have no issues seeing any one of the four doctors that are there. I love them. The entire staff is wonderful. I have dealt with Eileen the most throughout the years and she is always incredibly helpful and patient helping me schedule my three children at any given time. Any questions I need answers to she's always very accommodating to get me the correct information. I recommend this pediatricians office to anyone because they take care of the most important people in my life.

I love this place. We started going in 2015 with my daughter, I was a first time mom and had so many questions. Dr. Grijinste was her doctor at that time, he is amazing and so knowledgeable, my husband and I felt so good taking our first born here. Then my second one was born and same, very comfortable with our decision until sadly doctor G retired. Sadly I found out when I went back was about to switch to another place closer to me since it's a little bit far, but Christima Monteleone a very knowledgeable doctor took over and with her kindness, knowledge and enthusiasm made it very hard for us to leave. So we decided to stay and very good decision.
