As a doctor myself, I am so disappointed in this practice and Dr. Kim. I have a premature child and was told that it would be no problem to see any doctor in this practice. We ended up seeing Dr Kim. First off, I thought it was odd that no body temperature was taken for the first visit which included a full body physical (especially as a premie). We then told him about her latch issues which was causing acid reflux and her lack of eating ,which was concerning due to weight loss. I was told to just change the nipple size. I also noticed that I was the one offering other solitons such as changing the feed durations, giving smaller amounts, or increasing the fortification of the breast milk so that she meets her weight threshold. I wanted to share some feedback about our visit today 11/20/2025. When I called earlier to reschedule my daughter’s 11:45am bloodwork appointment, the staff explained that the office is on lunch break from 1–2pm. When my daughter woke up sooner than expected, I walked in around 12:20pm and mentioned that I understood the lunch break but wanted to check if it was still okay to be seen. The front desk staff asked me to complete the e-check-in, took the co-pay, and told me that someone would call us shortly. We waited for about 20 minutes with no update. When I asked how much longer it might be, another staff member responded coldly, saying, “I told you we’re on lunch break from 1–2pm.” This was confusing because I had already acknowledged that information, and the front desk seemed to indic

We love this practice. Optum is easy to get an appointment with for sick visits. They are very responsive to questions and really care for your children. We love Dr Young Kim and Dr Herzog.

My two children are seeing Dr. Kacin for over 10 years. However, I’ve decided to leave this practice. I got a $975.00 bill for my son's flu visit. They are charging $560 for a nasal flu test and $415 for the office visit. After insurance adjusting, they charge me $456.89. They didn't tell me a nasal flu test would cost $560. To dispute this bill is hard. The phone number on the bill is connecting to Optum billing department. They asked me to call Dr's office or my insurance company. The lady Mrs. Kin(or Kim) in charge of bill from the Dr's office didn't answer my question. She asked me to have my insurance company to do a 3 ways call with her. So I called my insurance company and set up the 3 ways call at the time Mrs. Kin suggested, but she didn't answer the phone. Tried to dial 3 times

PM pediatric was a good clinical choice but they didn’t know how to treat a 18 month old. The nurse was not helpful at all and made my child scared when she talk loudly and giving him orders as a teen.
