Optum Pediatrics - Centereach

I gave two stars because of my last appointment for both of my daughters. It’s a very nice doctors office and most of the staff is very nice and good at what they do but the nurse that examined both of my girls was very rough with them and made my daughter scream because she pushed my daughter up to measure her height but slammed her head at the top of the table. She didn’t even say sorry, she just looked at my daughter and said why are you crying! The doctor was very judgmental and rude! If people don’t like their jobs, then they are in the wrong field of work! People need to understand that these are children and they are very sensitive. I just feel like they have a lot to learn when it comes to children. Ther was two other families there that day that had the same experience with them.

Called to make an appointment, receptionist was combative and rude. Will be seeking other providers due to receptionist poor attitude and difficulty to schedule an appointment

Saw Dr Chiramel and she has such a calming bedside manner. she also offers botox which i thought was cute.

Beautiful new office, double check address b4 you go, they have moved from Shirley branch
