I highly recommend this practice! I am Immensely grateful to Dr. Shah and his wonderful staff for their life changing work. They have helped my daughter overcome her peanut and tree nut allergies and given us a priceless gift! Dr. Shah is brilliant, and has the most calm, soothing demeanor. He and his amazing staff (especially Paola!) eased our apprehension while guiding us through immunotherapy. They showed us such compassion, understanding and personalized care with every visit over the past 2 years of her treatments. Wonderful experience, the whole staff was so super nice, the wait times were really short. I saw Janet she was amazing, so thorough and super caring and compassionate. You could tell she really cares about her patients. The medical assistant (I wanna say her name was Nicole?) was incredibly nice and compassionate as well and made the skin test quick and easy. Disappointing and Stressful Experience I took my daughter to this allergy clinic to check her allergies, and unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. When scheduling the appointment, they asked for her insurance but never informed me that I needed a doctor’s referral or any other required documents. As a first-time mom, I’m still learning how these processes work, and I wish they had provided clearer guidance. When I arrived at the office, the staff member at the front desk gave me judgmental looks, making me feel as if I had done something wrong just because I wasn’t aware of their requirements. Instead of explaining things kindly, she made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I immediately contacted my daughter’s pediatrician, who assured me that they would send the refer
