Optum Infusion Pharmacy and Infusion suite

While the majority of the customer service staff are very kind, the pharmacy staff are a nightmare. I am forced to use this pharmacy because of my insurance, but almost every single month there is an issue. They need more info, the meds are out of stock, “it’s in process”. It is insane. I’ve had the same medication for 5+ years, same medical issues for over 20. There is no new information aside from my condition getting worse . I am so tired of the 18-20 minute phone calls, every other month, talking to 1-2 different people, just to beg them to do their jobs. Again, the reps are lovely and kind, but the company is a nightmare.

All the employees I have dealt with at One Infusion have been very friendly, and willing to help you, "going the extra mile." From the person that calls you to the delivery staff. It's like they own the company. I have been very impressed by the good nature of the staff.

There is no after hours protocol.
