Dr. Corina Serer is an outstanding gastroenterologist. She is knowledgeable ,compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed, and always leave feeling confident in her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring specialist.

The doctor was nice. Staff no. Went for an Endo aka I was knocked out. STAFF AND RECEPTIONIST were laughing, making jokes, and making fun of me while I was unconscious because my PHOBIA AND TRAUMA about needles going into me. MY MOTHER was in the waiting room and heard everything. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! EXTREMELY INCENCITIVE!. They SHOULD NOT be ina medical field if they are laughing and making fun of patients honestly how dare you. Dying or not I REFUSE to go somewhere that treats me like this

This office has changed since I was there 3 years ago. I would not recommend and will not go back. I had to wait in office for 90 min before procedure. Nothing to read . No TV . No communication with me until I started to ask questions . After procedure I waited to see the Dr for 45 min. After complaining with 3 other patients we were told we could go home. As I write this 10 days later I still haven’t heard back from the Dr to talk to him about results. Very disappointed .

I went for a minor internal problem and found the doctor very warm and friendly and a good listener. Right away he directed me to what I need to do for an x- ray I neede to take. My friend and I were very comfortable w him.

I’ve been waiting three weeks for a callback to reschedule an appointment. With Theodore Perlman.Had my original appointment which was canceled by the office and the doctor and now I’m looking to reschedule and I’m not getting any callbacks whatsoever. Very frustrating not recommended.
