Charlie's Family Pharmacy

My family and I have been going to Charlie’s Family Pharmacy since I was a baby, and they’ve always been incredible. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. Our prescriptions are always filled quickly, and the personal touch you get from a family owned business really makes a difference. It’s rare these days to find a pharmacy where you feel genuinely known and cared for, but Charlie’s delivers that every time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service with a warm, personal feel.

I’m so glad they’re in my town. They’re a pleasure to deal with and unlike the chain pharmacies appreciate your business. If you decide to wait, they will fill your prescription promptly. CVS doesn’t care if you’re waiting.

I should have left a review years ago as Charlie’s has been providing top notch care since I moved to the neighborhood many years ago. Every time I’ve needed anything, from advice to an obscure medicine, Charlie’s has repeatedly come through. Helpful, knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to deal with and they’re always ready to help with recommendations or expert facts on the medication we’ve been prescribed. They provide care the chain pharmacies are incapable or unwilling to provide. Im always in favor of patronizing a local business over a chain store

Definitely the worst pharmacy ! It is no way should be a staple in the community . I went to them with a script for supplies for diabetes. I decided to cancel because the copay was too high . They didn’t want to send to my secondary insurance claiming they had problems years ago with someone else . They still have not cancelled and I do not have my supplies they do. They refuse to do this . My doctor called to cancel and they refused to cancel this. They billed Medicare way before I was suppose to pick up ! Medicare sent them a check for the supplies and they did not still send that check back . They have caused alot of trouble . Great place ! As a fixture in the community no way should they be if this is happening ! It’s called fraud ! If they did this to me how many other of you people

What a hidden gem!! I live several towns over. My son got a prescription and I couldn’t find the medicine- I searched all over. Not only did they have it in stock, they called the pharmacy and waited on hold to get it and help me out because they knew how sick my son was and how much I needed it. I have officially changed from a cvs two minutes from my house and will drive the 15 minutes here. The costumer service and staff make this place a ten out of ten!! Highly recommend supporting small businesses and switching over!!!!!!
