This is definitely the worst doctors office I've been to. The office staff hardly ever answer the phone and it is a huge challenge just to get in contact with them to make an appointment. I needed a prior authorization for a medication and its taken them weeks to follow up and get back to me. I must've called about 50 times in one week and only got an answer about 2 or 3 times. This office needs a better office manager although it seems they probably don't even have one. The lack in communication is appalling and it seems like they don't know what they're doing. The doctors are good but you will spend hours waiting in the office to finally see the doctor. The North Bergen office needs to make better scheduling arrangements for appointments and need to improve on their communication skills

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve never been to a facility like this. There is no consideration for patients. I waited 1.5 hour to be called just to sit in a room for 45 minutes waiting for a doctor who wasn’t knowledgeable whatsoever. While waiting, I witnessed a woman who said she was there for 3 hours and hadn’t seen a doctor. She had to leave because her transportation had arrived. The office staff laughed at this patient. I’m disgusted with the lack of professionalism and overall disregard for patients. FIND A BETTER MEDICAL GROUP

My doctor prescribed a medication for me and I have been taking it for some time. I was refilled in April, 2022 and when it was sent to Pharmacy it got denied requiring prior authorization. Pharmacy have been trying to reach my MD office since then. I called to check on the situation 3 days ago and while the representative was giving me an attitude and being plan unprofessional, was assured that they will send it again to the pharmacy and that I should hear shortly from them. Well I heard nothing from no one. I called again and spoke to even worse representative who was openly rude and telling me that I will never get approved for this medicine no matter what I do. This is the worst office!!! They give you an appointment for a certain time and you get seen by the doctor after and hour of waiting! I scheduled an appointment for my physical and told me not to eat anything the day of my appointment to get my blood work done. I get to the office and I was waiting for an hour to get seen by the doctor. Once I was in the room, one of the assistant tells me that my physical is in June! This is unacceptable! First, they had me waiting for an hour. Second, when I called to schedule they should’ve told me that my physical is in June and not have me waiting! They are very unprofessional!

This is hands down the worst Doctor's office I have ever been to. To summarize my experience : I waited there for - no exaggeration - FOUR hours and was never seen by the Doctor. I needed blood work, a physical, some referrals, and a prescription refill - NONE of which I received. On top of that I had been fasting for the blood work and they still did not prioritize me. I was very polite the entire time, and didn't raise my voice or complain unnecessarily. The front desk staff was overall friendly, and the Nurse who brought me into a room after two hours - just so I could wait another two - was polite despite me being annoyed. I gave them no reason not to be though, so...that's great... I guess? AVOID this office, it is terribly run, and has the most absurd wait time for a general care f
