Stay away from here, they don’t care if you can’t afford medicine, or no longer have insurance, they don’t call you back. It can take them three weeks to call you back and still not provide a solution. Dr. Conan Tu and the office pretty much said “well not my problem” provided no solutions on having no insurance or even try to sound sympathetic. They care about getting the insurance money and nothing else. Truly not a place to be at. GO ELSEWHERE!

Doctor Joshua Feiner at Optum is the real deal—no fancy talk, just straight-up good care. He zeroes in on what's bugging you, breaks it all down so it makes sense, and gets stuff done without the fluff. The staff's just as solid, fast and friendly, keeping things smooth. Always leave feeling like I'm in good hands.

I would recommend anyone with early or atypical cases of a disease to steer clear of this place. During the appointment, I was dismissed and told to go “see a different specialty” despite no lab work or diagnostic testing being done on me. Some of my documentation that I brought with me were not reviewed or taken into consideration. Abnormal blood work results from months prior were labeled as “normal” without context in a letter sent to my primary care doctor, and I was told that one of my concerns “did not matter.” The letter claimed that any endocrine causes for my symptoms were “ruled out.” Subsequent testing done at a different medical facility found that my symptoms were, in fact, fully due to autoimmune endocrine causes.
