Optum Community Center - Surprise

Optum has many classes to enjoy on a daily basis. It's a great place with wonderful staff and clients. I made many friends and attend every day.

Not user friendly. Meaning that a person cannot sign up for classes on the website or an Application on your phone. A person is not guaranteed a spot in class when they arrive. My time from point A to B takes approx 20 minutes to arrive for a “Optum” dance class. classes are all, “ First come first serve” and will turn you away once they have 25 people signed in. Arriving 20-25 minutes prior does not get you a spot in the class. The classrooms are small and limited space. Your arrival time must be 30+ minutes in advance. The lobby is small and have to stand and wait during the 30 minutes you’re waiting for classes to start.

Had my first class and loved it. Loved the center as well. Today I tried to see what’s available this week and next and every calendar for AZ says there are no events I check April, May, June …. I have no filters set and there is no phone or email for help.

Nancy is the amazing woman that keeps everything rolling at Surprise Optum! Thank you for your Center, it is so kind, educational, physically great for my Body !
