Optum Colorectal Surgery - Huntington

Dr Su is professional and polite. He does not rush you our of his office and has time to review what to expect regarding my upcoming colonoscopy. He is a courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

I was on my way to my 3:45 appt that was confirmed they call at 3:23 to ask if I was coming. I said yes I have a 3:45 they said no that it was a 3. I explained that I would never book that because of my own surgery schedule. They said Dr. Martinez was leaving and that I could reschedule. I was 10 minutes away. They said she was already leaving. I can’t believe that. They said It was a miscommunication on one of our parts. I said no on your part. I can’t believe the lack of compassion. I had to rearrange my day a month in advance for this. I am actually very glad this happened because I found Dr. Lynn O’Connor she is AMAZING!! Please go there. The care professionalism and the office is superb. From front end staff to the Dr.

Horrific, I had a 1:30 appointment, it was a 45 minute drive to the office, I got a call at 1:15 as I was pulling into the parking lot that the doctor was running behind and could I come at 2:30, what like you couldn’t of called me sooner, so I go get coffee and come back to the office at 2:30, I check in and ask to use the bathroom, once in the bathroom there are large stools floating in the toilet, I flush the toilet with my foot, still don’t go down, I go to the desk she tell me “oh that happens all the time, just close your eyes and pretend it isn’t there”, like what!!!! I said not ok, she brings me into the back to use another restroom then I wait in the waiting area for my now 2:30 appointment. I wait and I wait, at 3:30 I said this is too much, so mismanaged I won’t get good care
