Optum Care Network

Ever since Optum has taken over, communication is getting worse here looks like they have stopped answering their front office phone. This is ridiculous. Today I was on hold for 45 minutes first to get to doctors staff and then 20 minutes again waiting for doctors staff but then my call was abruptly disconnected. It was a small request of getting a fresh referral becuase the specialist refused to give an appointment even though the referral is not expired (which is another wierd thing) New mgmt do something !!!!!!
