I felt very comfortable for my first infusion. I can’t think of the nurse’s name but she assured me everything would be fine because I was so nervous of the after effects. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone for the second one because of the winter storm but I’m sure it’ll all work out!

Would rate them 0 stars if possible. How do you schedule appointments and have nobody at the building to provide the services they are supposed to provide?!? Call the number on the door, get answering service. Answering service said nurse is running late. It’s now an hour past the appointment time and still no one here. Even have a nurse that’s here to help that’s been waiting over an hour and a half sitting outside. Delivery truck has shown up and left without making delivery. Very unprofessional and even more ridiculous that this company is in the medical field.

Checked in right away and got set up. The nurses were very kind and attentive. Atmosphere was calm & comfortable.

Always nice and professional. Very clean and private
