Another week of no one from the Miramar FL pharmacy returning a call to reorder medication. We have 1 day left. This company needs better patient support.

I'm a new PEG Tube feeding patient as of September, and had no clue how or where to get my supplies. Fawcett Memorial Hospital recommended Option Care, so I agreed, I was contacted by Jeanne from option care maybe 20 minutes later, setting up everything I was going to need and receive in order to do my feedings. By the next day everything was delivered to my house from formula to syringes, dressings even tape. It's been just over a month now and I couldn't ask for better service kind, caring, and fast and on time service. Placed my order for next month and was delivered the very next day! Thank you very much for your exemplary service, and Jeanne is a huge asset to your company and has made my transition to tube feeding extremely easy and alot less stressful. First day of having to do IV antibiotics at home and this company was very professional from beginning on explaining everything before I even left the hospital. My boyfriend was very nervous about having to hook me up to the IV but Kiam , my nurse, made it extremely easy and patient for my boyfriend. So far I’ll give this company 5 stars and hope the rest of the treatments go so well

My wife is tube feeding and came home from hospital this afternoon. The formula, pump, stand etc was supposed to be delivered to our home so I can set it up and feed her. It is now past 11:00pm and nothing has arrived. She has received no nourishment since we left the hospital. Is this how they put patients health first? Disgusting and in my mind criminal.

They are great when getting your meds but paying them afterwards is ridiculous. I was set up on a payment plan that I agreed to but my meds changed the cost was going to be about the same so I was good with it. I start getting bills on the mail for different amounts saying DUE NOW. I call the 800 number and get a guy in India that has no real answers besides pay now. I tell him at this point I will pay it on line and have it done in 3-4 months. He pressures me to pay it on the phone but I say no because I want records that I paid it. I already paid $200 of it and there’s no mention of that on the bill I received. I’m on a fixed income and can only afford so much. At this point I’m not paying until they figure out the full amount of what I owe and not a bunch of bills with different amount
