Optimum Oral Surgery & Dental Implants

“I recently saw this oral surgeon, Feb. 24th for an evaluation of a lower wisdom tooth that has been causing recurring pain and food impaction. I chose this practice because of the strong reviews specifically mentioning wisdom tooth extractions, and I was hopeful I would receive clear guidance. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Dr. Chad did not review or explain my X-rays to me, and the visit felt rushed. I left very hurt without a clear understanding of my condition. I was having pain and my gum was swollen. I will say that the hygienist/assistant, Gracie was very thorough and took the time to explain things clearly, which I appreciated. Gracie you are wonderful. Super appreciate for squeezing me in last minute! Melissa up front was super helpful with scheduling, Jada went over all insurance details and explained everything, Tami the dental assistant was so sweet, she tapped my shoulder to distract me through the numbing process. Dr. Masi was nice and funny and he numbed me great!! All staff was through, nice and very professional. Overall they went above and beyond. 10/10 recommended!!

The staff here were so great! The doctor was truly amazing!!! I forget her name but she’s really great!! I was extremely nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed for the first time but they made me feel at ease with the entire process. It was very very quick and painless. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and okay and that I didnt feel any pain at all. Very informational with the aftercare process and answered all my questions and concerns. One of the most amazing dental experiences I’ve ever had! 10/10 !! These ladies are amazing.

I came into the office in need of an extraction and implant and received the best care I could’ve imagined. Though I was nervous about the process, the supportive staff and Dr. Masi’s experience and attention to detail allowed for fast relief and a quick recovery after weeks of pain. Bianca and the office staff were incredibly helpful in explaining and addressing any of my concerns so I could focus on healing. The surgeon and staff were friendly. The facility was clean and well decorated. But, they did a “bait and switch,” in my opinion. I had two teeth to pull. I’m on blood thinners. They told me when booking my appointment that it would cost between $560-$580 per tooth. I told them I was on blood thinners when I booked the appointment. The booking agent said “no problem. We have a clotting powder we can sprinkle on your gums to help them to clot faster.” I got there. Waited. Finally, they prepped me for surgery, THEN presented me with a $1,600 + bill! They charged me $175 per tooth to sprinkle a little “ProTect” foaming powder under my stitches. Never ever mentioned a cost for this when booking. When I said they never mentioned this at all, and I can’t pay, they said I could set
