10/10 experience at Optimize PT. Jacob did a great job treating my injury with care but also pushing me to get better and gain confidence with weights. Many nagging issues I’ve had from running have gotten astronomically better with his guidance. The biggest advantage Optimize PT over others is Jacob’s clear passion for this industry. He loved “talking shop” and explaining anatomically what was going on with my body and I felt I learned a lot outside of how to do exercises. He clearly tailored a plan to my needs while other PTs I’ve seen have just given me a boiler plate basic program. Best physical therapist I’ve been to by a mile!

I've had an excellent experience with Optimize PT! I came in with a swollen ankle with tendonitis and arthritis, and Jacob has been outstanding in helping me recover. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail-oriented. Every session included strengthening workouts, explaining and testing to make sure my ankle was truly getting stronger.
