Been coming off and on to this location for around 30 yrs, same hygienist all this time. Pauline is the best, on time, efficient, gives pain free care, friendly and cares. Doesn't give me a hard for not flossing all the time. When Dr. Holcomb retired, Dr. William took over the business and it's always a concern when there is a new owner. The main thing I appreciate is Dr. William is NOT one of those dentist who tries to rake you over the coals in telling you that everything needs to be replaced, which has happened to me at another dental establishment. Have had a couple of issues that have come up since he took over and have no complaints! He's friendly, complimented me on my gums looked in good shape, especially since I'm older. Dentists often bring dread— but not here. I always have the best experience. On time, friendly and efficient. I’m never pressured to do unneeded procedures. I feel like everyone truly cares about my dental health. A great dentist and terrific staff!

As always, the front desk and hygienists are punctual, very pleasant, and professional and talented in their jobs. Dr. Williams is friendly and professional and I love how he complements his staff. I definitely would recommend Optimal Smiles for all your dental needs
