Very good team. So happy we chose this office.

We had a wonderful experience here. Our daughter had a baby tooth that had not come down yet and they were able to help her. She completed her treatment and her teeth look amazing now.

Everyone is super friendly. We absolutely love the orthodontist. They did an excellent job on both of my kids! I highly recommend optimal orthodontics!

Worse experience on billing and follow up. Had my son go to this place and have recommended 6 other family members there and the experience within those walls has been amazing. Unfortunately the billing and follow up is the worse, you can never get a hold of billing and they apparently send out communication via mail. They dropped my son for services for not communicating with them. I was told the only options I have now is go get his braces off and go somewhere else, “we can no longer provide services to him”. The lady in charge of this process goes by the name of Janelle. Such a tragedy. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone else due to this lady’s attitude and demeanor and the practice she says are part of this establishments policies. You lost yourself a good cli

I took my son for braces and the process was very straightforward. everyone is friendly and nurse Ana did such a great job putting the braces and wire on, explained everything thoroughly. also gave us paperwork instruction with pictures, we put the instruction in the refrigerator so we can follow all doctor orders.
