I highly recommend Optimal Life!!! I had knee replacement on right knee. Jordan and Mandy are amazing with what they do. Its a one on one session, they massage you, unlike other places. They offer red light therapy, I tried it and I believe it helped with pain and inflammation. They also have a massage therapist, she was also a huge asset to my recovery. I am 4 weeks post op, walking with no assistance, no pain meds. If you need PT, go to them you won't be sorry. I travel 40 minutes to get it and its worth every mile!!!!

I contacted Jordan after I got injured during a workout that left me with pinching pain in my lower back while walking, sleeping, driving and all around moving throughout the day. I couldn’t bend over and was worried I’d never be able to workout again. I met with Jordan and she came up with a plan to help me heal. Through mobility and strength exercises, along with dry needling and cupping, I feel 100% again and have been able to return to the gym with no pain. She is awesome and I couldn’t recommend her more! I feel like she really listened to me and was patient with me and my injury. I can tell she really cares and gives her all to her patients. She’s the best!
