Optimal Family Dental LLC

I was referred to them from my dentist to get my root canals and starting at the staff at the counter everyone is super friendly and amazing. Made me feel really comfortable and calm bc i was a little nervous lol. i have had no complications and have no complaints highly recommend this office for your needs !

We have been with this dental office for over 10 years. It was always great until the last year. They had a watch on my son and daughter’s cavities so we were watching the cavities. Fast forward until now (July 2025) they both had to be seen at an emergency dental office, and both of my kids had to have fillings on quite big cavities. My son had to have one tooth extracted due to a giant cavity and another tooth filled for a cavity. He was seen this summer 2025 and they acted like all was fine with him. My daughter was seen for her annual cleaning and we went to a new dentist yesterday and they found 5 cavities on her. I’m so mad! I trusted them. I feel like they neglected both of my children. Do not recommend. Been going here for 5 years. At my last appointment they found no issues. And the dental hygienist made very unprofessional comments to me about Autism and risky treatments which she is not qualified to recommend (after me telling her I have two sons with autism) and shared how her relative with a son with autism is a terrible parent (why are you saying this to me) when I called her out she never apologized just doubled down on her rudeness. The dentist did call me and apologize for what her hygienist said, but I no longer feel comfortable going back. Fast forward to today, I’m in extreme dental pain from a cavity that is so bad my tooth needs to be extracted. But 4 months ago I was “looking great with no cavities”. Please do not go here. I have been coming to Optimal family dental since 2015. This staff is very helpful and good at what they do. I haven't had a single bad experience at this office. The ladies are always so sweet and welcoming every time I have come in! I recommend Optimal Family Dental!
