I have been seeing Therese of Optimal Balance Therapeutic Massage for over 10 years. She is professional, courteous and incredibly good at what she does. She listens to any physical concerns you may have and then adjusts her massage techniques as needed. Because I have known her in this capacity for so long, we will sometimes chat during out sessions but there are times when I have preferred to just relax in complete silence. Therese will always follow your lead on whether or not you wish to talk. In fact, your comfort is priority number one - music, lighting, room temp is adjusted to your liking. The newly refurbished office and massage rooms are clean and decorated nicely. I highly recommend OBTM!
