Second visit overall was positive — the doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. However, I had an issue with pricing transparency. I was told the comprehensive back-of-eye exam would be $20, and I confirmed the regular exam was also $20, totaling $40. After the exams were completed, I was charged $59 instead, $39 for ye exam instead of $20. Clear and accurate pricing upfront is important, and this felt misleading. The front desk experience also impacted my visit. The reception staff appeared more focused on each other than on patients. One staff member was dressed in very casual sports attire, which didn’t feel appropriate for a medical office, and the strong cologne at the desk was overwhelming. Because of this, I’m unsure whether I’ll return.

Excellent experience all around. Reception was pleasant and helpful, doctor was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was seen at my appointment time and in and out very quickly.

So far so good! My family orders contacts and glasses here few years now. Everyone we met at this location was friendly and helpful, especially Abul at reception (tall guy with black curly hair). Whatever questions or concerns my family had - every one was addressed with high level of professionalism and no delay. Good work, team!

The doctor was great but the front staff, the young girl with the foot boot and the kid with the curly hair, were just not caring at all. Not concerned for my wait time, just did not care. It took a young woman from the left side who asked me if I still needed something. Meanwhile, the other two I mentioned above were busy laughing and talking to each other. I will not return to this office. Lucky for them.

Dr. Steve & the front desk associate were amazing. I don’t do well at eye exams and they were kind, patient, & informative. I especially love that I was able to get everything tested without the invasive techniques. My anxiety was very calm. :)
