From the moment you step in, the front desk staff will greet you with a warm welcome. Ann, Michelle and Vanessa from admission are incredibly helpful. Ann, thank you for your empathetic service. The nursing team including the social workers , and nurses aides are super caring and attentive. I would like to mention and thank the support staff from housekeeping and the kitchen for their incredible contributions to the team of attentive and hardworking people. For all of you who have made patient care as one of your life’s mission, keep up and continue the works of our Creator. Thank you for your dedication to providing compassionate and respectful care. Went to visit a longtime client of mine. Staff was friendly, one of them even helped me get in, had an hard time with door. Was easy to check in, she seems like she’s doing much better.

So far so good my mother has only been there for 2 days. The customer service technicians seems to be pleasant and helpful but then again my mother has only been there for 2 days see what happens. But other than that the rooms seems to be very clean and maintained. Bed seems to be well made. Receptionist very courteous and respectful. But like I said we'll see in the next few weeks how it goes if things change I will write a additional review. After she's complete with her therapy

Ver friendly atmosphere, workers do there job. I was skeptical at first, but after getting to know the place, I like it for my daddy. Our loved ones deserve the best I love my daddy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Optima Care Fountains is a truly great facility. The nursing staff and CNAs do an amazing job taking care of the patients with kindness, patience, and professionalism. You can see that the residents are well cared for and respected. The work environment is also very positive, especially for the CNAs, which makes a big difference in the quality of care. It’s a clean, organized, and compassionate place. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a trusted care facility for their loved ones.
