Emed Pharmacy seriously needs to be placed under review. I personally witnessed my elderly mother be placed on hold for over 20 minutes, while the pharmacy was scheduled to close in less than 30 minutes. The automated greeting alone kept placing her back on hold, making it nearly impossible to reach a live representative. To make matters worse, the delivery driver falsely logged that he went to my mother’s address — which he did not. The system then inaccurately recorded that she requested to reschedule the delivery. That is not true. Her medication was supposed to be delivered today by 3:00 PM. Instead, the system now shows a delivery time of 6:45 PM — after the pharmacy is closed. I live in Las Vegas and cannot simply drive back and forth to ensure my elderly mother receives her medi
