This place has the most amazing service! The optometrist is funny, great with kids, caring and honest. His staff is always friendly and always doing their best. They aren't pushy about options when it comes to getting the glasses. I am so glad we found them and can't imagine going anywhere else!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When wanting to come up for a solution about our glasses not being ordered when paid for we got attitude from the whole office. We were told it’d take 7-10 days to receive my glasses but 1. When we paid half they were even ordered until about two weeks later. 2. We waited almost a month and they still haven’t came in when we call for updates we get hung up on. They did not take into consideration that my husband can’t see with out his glasses and still needs to drive for work. It has kept him from working . This office needs to do better. Never again. Do not waste your time.

I called to make an appointment and was seen the following day. The staff is courteous and so helpful. My check up was thorough and I walked out extremely grateful and happy with the service.
