Nicole has amaazingggg customer service! Very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable! I did not like that her co workers left her alone when there were 3 families still waiting to be assisted before closing time. There were 2 families left at 5:45 pm and she was there alone. Give her a raise or promotion she surely deserves it!! Thank you Nicole💐!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This was my first time here, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Dr. Villegas was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. What truly made this visit special, though, was Nicole. She went above and beyond for my mom and me while helping us choose our new glasses. She was so patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly — from the lenses to the mounting and lease options — and made sure we felt good about our decisions. You can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. Because of her, this experience felt personal and memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

Had an appointment for myself and my 3 kids everything was great. They make sure you dont forget your appointment I like the constant reminders. We like Dr Rabinowitz we have seen him for the past 4 years. He is great, friendly explains everything and answers all questions. General manager Belinda helped us order all our glasses she was amazing! Explained everything, went over all the details, made sure we got all our information, and had us all set up for our glasses. She makes this process so much easier! Thank you for another great visit!

I have been coming here for several years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Villegas is always nice and explains everything. Belinda was so helpful in helping pick out new frames. They have a nice variety to choose from. GreyMarie was great when I picked them up, and I appreciated Belinda chatting with me, letting me know we picked out the right frames. Everyone is fantastic! Nicole is awesome with her customer service!!! everyone of her team members left her 15-20 minutes before the store closed . I can comprehend if it actually was a personal reason for them to however leaving a team member alone with 3-4 customers in the lobby for just one person I think it is not how exceptional customer service is handled. Mind you, this is not my first time here. and I always had the same great service with Nicole.
