I had a fantastic experience at Optical Outlets thanks to Ana and Cynthia! They were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to help me get my new glass lenses put in quickly. The process was smooth and efficient, and they made the whole visit pleasant with their kind attitude. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of optical care.

Hispanic Virtual doctor was angry , attitude , not helpful , made me feel what felt like harassment from the start, I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude she told me to go to a different store, said I’m going to get what she wants to give me , isnt putting in my subscription , I can go get it somewhere else , jumped up and down on her chair like a child , etc , I wanted contacts not a argument/ debate over who is right and who isn’t and what i want. I’m not coming back. I mean seriously what is this. I’m not mad about the contact part I’m mad about her service she provided. I told her I can get a 22 pack for 98$ online at contact websites instead of 200$ for 2 pack of 6 she had a power trip after I told her that . Incredibly unprofessionally .2/23/26

Amazing staff super helpful! Glasses broke and they whe4e able to help me out. Also my brother was getting an exam, really appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. Big thank you to Kasey as she was a tremendous help!! Will definitely be back and greatful
