this is one of the best optical outlets that I have gone to. The staff there is amazing. They give top-tier service. Marie helped me today and she was amazing and she explained everything very well. The year was also a new girl there and she’s my favorite by far. I am so glad that she got a job there.she has a great vibe about her.All the ladies there are very kind.overall it was such a great experience. It smelled really good in there and it was really clean.The doctor is really kind and has a great vibe.

I’m sharing our recent experience at the Optical Outlet in Oviedo to help others make an informed decision. I originally booked my aunt to the Altamonte Springs location, but because the doctor there was on vacation, we were redirected to the Oviedo office. She couldn’t cancel since she needed her DMV vision form completed quickly. The visit ended up being significantly more expensive than we expected. My aunt was charged over $500 for a basic pair of glasses with no upgrade at all, plus a $20 rush fee. We were also told her DMV paperwork would be available when the glasses were ready, but when we finally received it, the form wasn’t completed correctly, which caused extra delays.
