I've been going to Optical Outlets for 10+ years. I see a different doctor almost each time, yet I've never had a complaint. My whole household is now going to this office. Today me, my husband, daughter and son had an appointment. Malakai assisted all 4 of us. It was such an exceptional experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable, and respectful. I can't say that I've ever "had fun" at an appointment before but today's appointment was enjoyable. Thank you for your wonderful service Malakai!

Kaliyah was very helpful and courteous when we came in to pick up my daughter’s glasses. She brought us right in and adjusted them perfectly. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. My daughter also loves being seen by Dr. Nguyen. She always feels comfortable and well cared for during her visits.

I went in for new glasses and was quite impressed with the professionalism of the office staff. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated the patience from Chelsea during the process. She was very helpful and made the whole thing less stressful. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family who want a stress free pair of prescription glasses.

The doctors are fine, however when I picked up my sons glasses So much thicker than his old ones. I paid extra this time to make them thinner. I didn’t pay for that last time. They are so thick they stick out of the frame. I have a teenage son and he is not happy. I don’t expect you to respond. You only seem to respond to the positive comments. I have five people in my household that wear glasses your loss
