This place is amazing. I came in for an exam. The doctor is good. This is my first time for contacts and Natalie was very supportive and thorough with how to put on/take off my contacts. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She was like a cheerleader rooting for me and encouraging me when it came to learning how to put them in and take them off. She reminded me to not get impatient, to breathe as it is never easy when doing something new. I was very impressed with how much Natalie knew. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know how amazing she was and ended up laughing as I found out she is the manager. Go figure. They definitely picked the right person. Interesting New Concept at Optical Outlets. They tell you the price of the eye exam after the eye exam, not before. Last week I stopped in Optical Outlet and made an appointment for today and asked if my insurance would cover the exam. He took my insurance card and then returned it. He stated my exam is covered. Today, I had my eye exam, and then was told the exam wasn't covered. If that were true, why was a price not quoted to me beforehand? It would be a duty for the employee to tell the price for a service before it is rendered. Or is that just me? Enter at your own risk. P.S. I was never told upon entering for the exam that it was a virtual doctor. I didn't mind as I still would have taken the exam,but I think it's a duty to inform client of this. Elijah’s customer service skills are second to none! His calm demeanor and ability to alleviate any concerns are two very strong traits!! He is all about the customer having an exceptional experience. Additionally, I had to stop into the store when Elijah was unavailable, and Natalie was extremely helpful and taking care of my needs.

My husband has been a long-time customer of Optical Outlet and has always been very happy with their service. Today he worked with Jeffrey and he was very conscientious and meticulous in working with him to be sure his prescription would be accurate. He has multiple issues with his vision and he took his time to be sure that the glasses would be perfect. He was knowledgeable and patient as he explained his needs and worked diligently to assure that my husband would be happy with final results.
