The staff has never helped me do anything there. I've been there three times now and I've had three pairs of glasses and they have never once contacted me when they were ready as of now they've been ready for 3 days... So when you order your glasses they will contact you when they come in that has never happened that's why I gave you a one star. The little girl receptionist at the front door where do you sign in at. She is really awesome she's a big help and very friendly

The receptionist Rynia is always so sweet. She went above and beyond because my insurance company was being a pain. I will definitely be back next year for my check up. I do wish they had Raybans glasses there but she helped me find a pair while i waited my turn to be seen. Thank you again for your phenomenal service.

I had my eye exam on 8/27, and Britney was fantastic! She was very helpful and informative, explaining the best options for my prescription and lenses. She answered all my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Went for a to get my glasses fixed and was helped by Adalyn. Not only did she get my glasses fixed I ended up buying another pair of frames. She was nice and super helpful. I always make sure I deal with her whenever I need visit the store.
