I had a great experience at Optical Associates. The team was very friendly and I felt like my experience mattered. They were friendly, professional, informative, and I’m glad I’ve established optometry care here. I highly recommend them! Prices were great and fair as well which also is a plus of course!

At optical associates the staff was very kind and efficient!! I was greeted kindly and had very minimal wait time!! I was listened to and had my concerns addressed with immediately.Dr Pickett and his staff are amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! The ease of scheduling was great and I love that they had some appointments available on Saturday morning!!

Very impressive customer service. The place is very modern and pleasant the doctor was perfect. He listened to all my concerns and did and excellent job. After my visit was over they gave me a welcome to a new patient present. All around five stars. Thank you.

Amazing staff quick and efficient. I couldn’t be happier that eyeglass world didn’t take my insurance the experience alone makes this place 10 stars! Thank you to Dr. Pickett for listening to my concerns and needs and addressing them so quickly. To the receptionists thank you for being so kind and willing to help through every question that I had and even helping me with getting my contacts in I was having a hard time and Reven was so sweet and walked me through getting them in.

Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and the building was clean and well-kept. Prices were quite reasonable, with some really good discounts on some of the frames. I would definitely recommend this business.
