If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have seen Susan Lehman for years, as have my family. She does not lead with honesty and after my last appointment I am done dealing with this awful practice. Don't waste your time with this office, and the icing on the cake the office staff always has a bad attitude. If you want a Dr to go back on their word, come here.

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 8 years. I think that the doctor's are very good at this office. I have seen them both and have apprecaited their care over the last 8 years. However the practice is very antiquated. They do not remind you about appointments or policies and have no website or electronic methods of communication at all. They NEVER return calls or do what they say without repeated reminders which I have tolerated over the years because I really like the Dr's. I missed my first appointment ever recently and when I called to reschedule they told me that I would need to find another provider because of that missed appointment. No notice, no opportunity to discuss why I missed the appointment, no chance to negotiate. I even offered to pay a missed app

Have been a patient of Dr. Harrison’s for about 4 years now. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. She always does a great job of explaining what I have going on, taking the time to pull out diagrams and breaking a sickness or physical issue down in a way I can understand then explaining what any prescribed medicine does and why she’s choosing to prescribe it. Definitely never feel rushed in and out or like a number as a patient.

wonderful staff but due to insurance switching my plans without my informed consent, i lost my doctor and she will not speak with me. this kills patients and i hope dr harrison and lehman learn from this and start giving advanced notice when a patient needs you for critical meds. LIVE SAVING MEDICATION ACCESS GONE. i was a patient for twenty five years and because of the state my doctor has cut me off from all meds and communication. no advanced notice, no resources other than “call your insurance”. this is sickening and upsetting as i would have assumed my primary care doctor since i was in diapers cared about me personally even an iota.

The Doctors in this group are extremely knowledgeable. I have seen Dr Lehman since 2002 and she is awesome. I trust her thoroughly. My husband is also her patient so is my granddaughter. The entire staff is so kind and understanding. I have seen Dr Harrison when Dr Lehman has been on vacation and she is so sweet. This pair of Doctors totally rule!!!
