Terrific - was my first time going to PT - therapist - Justin Sampson, PT - really helped me with back pain ( I guess I was not ready for Burpees this past winter ) and realizing I had unequal strength - I improved right there during the appointment which I was not expecting, and they gave me exercises for home - thank you so much 😊

Amin is by far the best physical therapists I've worked with. Rather than just going through the motions after he demonstrates the exercise and assume I know why he is telling me to do it and why. He educates me in great detail what function each exercise has and the iimportance of why I need to continue to work on them every week in addition at home. Amin even came up with his own personal illustrations of the stretching exercises he wanted me to take home and work on, to ensure I would not forget and have a visual reminder not just a name of an exercise.
