I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cowles and his staff. I had been on the Cape vacationing when one of my contact lenses ripped. I completely forgot to bring a spare pair. I called their office and they accommodated me right away. I went in, had my personal Optometrist fax my prescription, and they gave me a lens. They actually even gave me a few extra Just in case! I would highly recommend Dr. Cowles and his staff.

Dr. Cowles' office was great in helping with a contact lenses emergency. Ran out of contacts with 2 days left on Vaca and glasses at home. Dr. Cowles' provided a sample set to get me through and save rest of vacation as I couldn't even drive. What a life saver.

My son broke his glasses on our vacation and we needed a replacement frame. I called them and they told me to come right over. They found a frame that fit his lenses and put them in. Everyone in the office helped me find a pair a 12 year old would like. Saved the day (and our vacation)!!! Great place!!!
