This is possible the worst practice I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and nasty. I always wait too long for every visit. My children have been going there for a few years and have had to unfortunately deal with Nancy , for contact lenses. After 2 weeks of multiple unanswered phone calls she spoke to my daughter and hung up on her because she didn’t want to wait for her to get my credit card info. I finally spoke to her. All she did was complain about how busy she was as an excuse for not returning any of my calls she hung up on me too She is incompetent and frazzled all the time and should not be dealing with patients. I should have trusted the bad reviews, this office is HORRIBLE save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

WARNING !!! Had a 10:30 appointment, At 11:15 I was still waiting for the doctor. This seem to happen most if not all the time for their clients. This cost me a half of day work. No apology was given and I was told the doctor came to work late. I should wait till the doctor can see me. I should have read the reviews before I set up a appointment with them. Will they reimburse me for the time I lost for work? As they would have charged for a missed appointment. We will find out in small claim court. The office is run like a factory, STAY AWAY.

My experience here was NOT GOOD!! The waits were long, I was misled about appointment pricing and then I attempted to order glasses but they lost the pair I wanted and were unable to find a comparable one. Additionally, they gave me the wrong date that my insurance benefits expired causing me to be unable to use them. Most of the staff was short, specifically, I disliked the contact lady who was difficult to get in touch with and gave me what I know now was an overcorrected WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Would not go here again; I am wishing I read the reviews first! ADD: I did go back to the glasses area in 2020 and it appeared the were new ladies working

OMG, THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!! I really wish I would have checked the reviews before scheduling my appointment with this provider, (it felt nothing like a doctor's service). Nevertheless, I obtained the referral via my vision insurance, and assumed the provider was reputable, (I will be contacting my insurance carry with a review regarding the service I received). Dr. Chu was very impersonal to the point of uncaring. Dr. Chu zipped through my eye exam, and did not bother to discuss the exam with any detail. When I asked Dr. Chu questions regarding my eye exam, he provide a very briefly, vague answer from the doorway. The Eyewear Center was worse. I was advised my glasses would be ready in 7-14 days, and someone would contact me once my glasses were ready. After four

Runs more like a business than a place that specializes in health care. :-( Contacts sold there can be found much cheaper elsewhere. Overall, very negative experience. Person that runs the contact end of things is rude and unprofessional.
