Open Imaging of Longview

The MRI went great but I'm still waiting for test results 5 Weeks later. I've made three phone calls and my 3 doctors waiting for results have yet to receive the results! One of my doctors even called and still no report or images. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Scheduling with them is a big issue. I just had to cancel an appointment because they requested medical clearance on a Thursday for a Monday procedure. Insurance did not give an aproval in one day so they had to request a reschedule. Well, I rescheduled but with a different provider. I'm being generous with a 2 rating because this is the third time this has happened with me at Open Imaging. Very poor business. It cost me a day of vacation since i had to schedule that in advance. They will no longer get any of my business. I hope someone asks me what I think of them!

I had an MRI here and was not impressed with the lack of privacy at checkin, you can call someone into an office but when there are several customers in the same room and they ask you all your personal information verbally and everyone can hear, sorry that is not privacy. I filled all the information out in the app prior to my appointment and when I asked did you not have the ability to look at the information? she said that she has to type it into the system. What good is it to do that then? My doctor has been waiting a week for results. I called today and they sent them to who knows where and did not even have the correct fax # to send the results to. Not impressed so far. Not sure I will return.

Awful service in the back. The guy held my baby so tight in the head because she wouldn’t stay still for the X-rays. that was not necessary I almost wanted to cry such an awful experience. Then the lady that was working with him made a comment “if he would stop jacking off things would go quicker” . So unprofessional. No one had a name tag so can’t place names.

I had to have MRI of my brain. I had 2 Valium still anxiety horrible. The guys doing the procedure were absolutely fantastic! They were quick efficient. 1 guy held my leg during the whole thing I made it thru without incident. Thanks y'all absolutely patient first and I truly appreciate you!
