Vital Life Physical Therapy and Wellness

My massage therapist recommended Sarah to me several years ago. She was always very professional and knowledgeable and taught me exercises that helped improve my quality of life. A few years later I joined her restorative yoga classes and they have definitely kept me moving and active. I’ve been blessed by Sarah and the services she offers.

I went to Sarah for pre-natal pelvic floor physical therapy and for birth prep...I am SO glad that I did. I learned so much! I feel 10x more confident about my natural birth because of the breathing practices she taught me, plus all the other additional knowledge I gained on how to listen/react to what my body needs. I am also way more aware of my pelvic floor health –what to do and what NOT to do. Truly cannot recommend her enough!!

I saw Sarah for a year beginning 3 months after my fourth baby was born. I had 3+in ab separation. She helped me slowly and gently strengthen and heal my core. We went from once a week appointments to one appointment every six weeks. I have LOVED working with her. I have learned so much, and having regular appointments with her has helped me to stay in tune with my body in a way that other doctors may not have the knowledge for and definitely don't have the time for. This has been one of (maybe THE?) best postpartum self care decision and I plan to continue to check in with her regularly. WORTH IT!

The BEST experience ever! Was super afraid of physical therapy, i had no idea what to expect but Sarah was wonderful and walked with me through recovery and figuring out how to connect my mind to my muscles. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to try her out. She has such a calming presence and how she works is amazing to see. So so thankful for Vital Life!

Sarah's great! She listens and cares about her patients! If your a male with pelvic pain I totally recommend Sarah!
