I had a great experience during my body scan. The staff worked quickly, professionally and answered all of my questions.

Aside from the convenience of the “derm office” coming to my job, When you have people poking around your face and body skin with needles, pulling biopsy after biopsy and for me not to have a bit of anxiety because of how comfortable they made me feel with explaining every detail and action. I can say only because of the staff it was a delightful and pleasurable experience. The staff is awesome from checking in with Casandra, Lynsey and the Nurse Practitioner Annette, even James the mobile driver made himself available to help me down the stairs due to the need of an eventual hip replacement. Overall it was a tremendously good and excellent experience.

I made an appointment to have a small surgical procedure done. I had a referral, confirmed it could be done on the bus on the same day, and I am a returning customer. The first question is “why are you here today?”. Followed by “we would have to measure and reschedule you. We only have you scheduled for 15 minutes today and don’t have a surgeon on the bus.” Total waste of my time. If you ONLY need a cancer screen it’s convenient. I’m changing to a dermatologist that knows what capabilities they have, focused on my care, and not just interested in setting appointments to get paid.

They were brought in by my job & they were amazing. Everything was so simple & they were very informative. It’s inexpensive even to those without insurance like my son. I asked questions about him to see if they could be a good fit & they answered all my questions. My son will be scheduling his appointment soon. I recommend them 100%

This was the most convenient way to get access to a health care provider to address an in explained rash. Efficient process, mobile facility was clean and the people I encountered at each step were nice, thorough in their explanations. Overall a great experience that I’d recommend to others.
