ONS Greenwich Urgent Ortho Care

Zero sense of urgency by anyone. 6+ hours waiting for call back. Called again & was told "hang tight". Really???

ONS Urgent Ortho Care is a great option on a weekend to get an x-ray, because they are COVID19 safe and have a quick waiting room, but, warning, they don't guarantee you'll see a doctor. Unfortunately, we have had to visit ONS Urgent Ortho Care twice this year. The first time, we called at 4pm on a Friday and saw an orthopedist at 5pm. It was a very good experience. This time, I called at 4pm on a Friday and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. They explained it was for their urgent care, and I accepted. What I didn't know, was that it meant we were seen by a PA and not an orthopedist. PA's are valuable members of the medical community, but after an x-ray, she recommended that we make an appointment with an orthopedist. I am frustrated that I wasted a Saturday afternoon, because I

Always well served at ONS. Grateful for their urgent care hours. Love their PT practice as well.

Cancel my appointment no advance notice at all . Wasted time and money 💰. Stated they called my phone 📱 no record of any calls from them . Avoid them at all cost only care about money 💰
