OnPoint Urgent Care - Bellaire

"CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS". But their website still allowed me to schedule an appointment. We showed up on time and nobody was there. Someone called later from another office asking why we didn't come to the appointment (!). She was nice enough on the phone, and offered an appointment at another location, but the new option was far out of our way and we'd already (luckily) managed to get an appointment somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE unless you confirm they are open again.

This is my second visit to this facility. I highly recommend this place. Stephanie was very understanding of my nervousness due to the pandemic. She made me feel safe. She was very friendly and kind. My tech Justin was an absolute sweetheart. He helped me calm down with my anxiety from the procedure I was getting. The cleanliness and precautions the entire staff used was very reassuring to me. They worked very well and in sync with each other. 5 Stars and 5 hearts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Mario Quintanilla is kind, attentive, compassionate, and so helpful. Much better than any PCP I have ever had. Wait time is minimal and the care I received far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. Super affordable.

This is a hidden gem.... They provide quality school physical for students that attend a school within a five mile radius. With so much going on during this pandemic, it’s great to have access to quality medical care. Ms. T and Ms. Tasha, PA, are extremely essential to this establishment and will take awesome care of you. Don’t be discouraged by the clueless front staff who might appear to act as temporary staff, just proceed to urgent care and get exceptional care!

The medical team here is great! Mrs. T was especially kind and the staff was so considerate helping my mother who was disabled getting a rapid COVID test.
