OnPoint Pharmacy Smithtown

2nd time now. Another prescrption they wont be able to fill on time. Telling me it will be weeks before they can fill. This is the second medication they have failed to keep in stock or obtain within a resonsable amount of time. How can anyone deal with such incompetence and unprofessional service. They also DO NOT ACCEPT GOODRX etc etc bye bye onpoint pharmacy 2 strikes and your out.

Starting September 2, 2025 hours cut which will limit the need for emergency medication to be filled. The new hours are 10 am and close at 6pm. Also closed on Saturdays. They have been unable to fill one of my rx and have to transfer the script. I miss the orignal Smithtown Prescription, which I never had an issue. Thinking about switching to small town pharmacy since this just another small chain .

I cannot even express how much I appreciate this pharmacy. I previously used a commercial pharmacy (CVS) which I repeatedly had poor experiences with. I have had nothing but excellent service from OnPoint (previously Smithtown Rx) Pharmacy. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They always take care of obtaining and applying any applicable coupons to my medications, they ship to me (out of state currently!) and they contact my provider for me when a refill is necessary. I am so grateful for their wonderful service. 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped here, at OnPoint Pharmacy, during my recent travel, after a quick trip to the Urgent Care. This place is a gem! The staff was warm and enthusiastic, making me feel at home. The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient. Overall, a great experience. You guys rock!
