OnPoint Pharmacy Roslyn

Just no. Pre Onpoint, this place was amazing. Since they took over, it’s getting consistently worse, especially over the past year. It’s a headache each time I get a prescription, which is not often. They never seem to have what I need in stock, which is fine. When they do get it, they don’t notify me. I have to keep calling to check on it. On Tuesday I stopped in, it was a big tube so they said they would order me a smaller tube, and to give them 1 day… I called on Friday, since they never contacted me. They don’t have it. So, I asked them to transfer my prescription to CVS. Well, today CVS confirmed they never received anything from Onpoint. I called numerous times but Onpoint didn’t answer. Now they are closed for the weekend. Nothing but frustration from the Roslyn location. I’m done!

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They mix up medications and do not answer the telephone when you call. My assistant or I call Onpoint Pharmacy up on the telephone and have we have 45 minute wait times. The owner of Onpoint Pharmacy does not make eye contact with his customers. He is a creep. This makes people very uncomfortable. Switch to another pharmacy. This place is 100% incompetent. Half the time they do not have prescriptions available. - - David Elliot Rothblatt

I gave this place too many chances. Every month, getting my prescription was like pulling teeth. Back orders, supplier issues, etc. In the two plus years I went to this pharmacy, they could never fill my 30-day supply of medication in under 31 days. Most months I had to wait 35 plus days and sometimes even multiple weeks without medication and they were never helpful or transparent about anything. I will never understand how when my doctor sent my prescription weeks in advance, and they know I will need to pick it up around X date, it is never ready. Every 30-31 days they just could not be bothered to have stock of anything, and I had to constantly ask for any indication on the status of my prescription, to the point where they would not even begin the process to fill it unless I asked whe

They are always out of medications. I had to change pharmacies. I would look elsewhere

The staff at Onpoint pharmacy are always so friendly and helpful. Nicole, the pharmacist is very efficient. She always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. Best customer service from any other pharmacy I’ve been to.
