OnPoint Family Medicine at Arvada

OnPoint Arvada is a fantastic practice. The front desk personnel, medical assistants, practitioners (I have Dr. Kilpatrick) are all friendly and efficient. I never feel rushed through an appointment, the communication both in the office and through the portal are fantastic. I have posted several questions about prescriptions through the portal and have received answers and action right away. I am very satisfied with the car I've received.

I loved this office, and Sara Gallo is a life-saver. I’m 31 years old, and never in my life has anyone mentioned that I have a heart murmur. She ordered an echo to be safe, and I am SO glad she did. I’m now seeing a cardiologist, and even my cardiologist said that Sara must have excellent ears because she never would have noticed the murmur. Because of this, I’m now able to keep an eye on a progressive heart situation and am so grateful I was made aware. Every once in a while you find an incredible health provider that you hold onto, and that’s Sara.

My PA, Stephanie, was genuinely the kindest and thoughtful provider I’ve ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of, and I have anxiety around the doctors and she out me right at ease. Highly recommend her and her office!

I was new to this process, was with Kaiser prior to getting new insurance. I had anxiety when I came in the first time (since it was new) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I met with Stephanie Smith and her assistant Michelle and knew I had made the right decision. They listened to my concerns and really took the time to learn about me.
