Beware. I loved this place until….I have tried countless times to get help with a billing issue. My insurance company says I need the claim to reflect the doctor I saw and not just One Spot MD. I have spent hours on this and even after being reassured, they still have not resubmitted the bill with the doctor’s name- which more than doubles my amount due. It is impossible to get through to a live person, and nobody follows through. We will take our business elsewhere in the future!

I’ve had pleasant visits here in the past, but my recent experience on October 1, 2025, was disappointing. I arrived for my 10:50 AM appointment and was in the room by 11:00 AM. Normally, vitals are taken right away—this time, they weren’t. I waited 25 minutes before anyone came in to take them. After that, I waited another 15 minutes to speak with the provider, Ms. Phuong Mai. She recommended an exam, which required an additional 20-minute wait. After the exam, I was left waiting yet another 25 minutes. By the time everything was done, it was 12:30 PM. I had been there for nearly two hours for a simple appointment. When I asked Dr. Mai why things were taking so long, she explained they were understaffed and had an emergency patient with a laceration. I understand that emergencies happen

I had a great experience with this office, they were able to see me within 20 minutes after I arrived without an appointment and provided great service. My bill after insurance was very reasonable.
